Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
We use official WhatsApp through the Meta API. We can work with a dedicated number for your practice; we guide you through the process during setup.
Does it work if I have several doctors or professionals?
Yes. On the Business and Center plans each professional has their own calendar and schedule, and you can assign leads by owner and view team reports.
Are appointment reminders automatic?
Yes. The patient gets their reminder over WhatsApp and can confirm, cancel or reschedule by replying to a message — that reduces no-shows.
Can I start with the Starter plan and upgrade later?
Of course. You can begin with just the bot that answers and books, and add CRM, more users or the website when your practice needs it.
Where does my patients' data live?
Hosted on servers in the Dominican Republic. We do not sell, rent or share your patients' data with third parties; access is controlled by roles and sensitive actions are logged. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
